Friday - tired

For some reason I did not take the pain meds before going to bed... I couldn't sleep well all night but rather tossed and turned all night to try to get comfortable... every movement was felt in the shoulder - it's been aching all day long now, even after taking Norco and Aleve. Fking sucks.
